Due to my hectic schedule today I am choosing to have my green smoothie for dinner. I haven't tried it at that time of day yet. I only have an hour between job responsibilities so I thought it would be the perfect light dinner. I will update later to let you know how it went.
I am planning to mix spring greens with pears, apples, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries. I expect the color with become a dark something or other...
